The individual who initiates liquidity provision assumes the role of the Deployer, granted with the authority to configure pool settings. This includes defining the pool fees, the protocol address, and the metadata. The most crucial parameter is the protocol-assigned smart contract address.

This parameter defaults to the Deployer's address, meaning the deployer address receives ETH generated bonuses, managed through the smart contract’s custom logic, enabling a wide range of DeFi applications that were not previously feasible under existing AMM standards. This innovative revenue model shifts the emphasis from predominantly prioritizing short-term gains and price volatility to focusing on activity, sustainability, and utility. Deployers can establish on-chain metadata for their token, encompassing details such as website URL, logo, project description, social media links, and chat URLs.

In addition to the pool and protocol fees, a fixed fee of $1 is allocated for the ongoing development of the xp.fun DEX and $XP.
